We are very pleased and excited to share our efforts on and progress of your timpeo service on this page with you. So, nice to see you here.

The development of timpeo and thus the information on changes and new features on this page is structured by regular live releases on fixed target dates (currently in a 14-day frequency). So each single release does list (and hopefully fully explain) all its specific changes or extensions provided.

Upcoming Release #15 | 12.03.25

• AREAS AND BLOCK | Clean-Up vs. Save | Optimization
  After listening to your feedback we have slightly changed the action buttons in the area edit section; we have completely sepearated (a) the clean-up functionality -> removing all the suggestion you haven't rated and (b) the save functionality saving the current edit version. (Please remember that for focus-purposes we don't show unrated suggestions)

• AREAS AND BLOCK | Look and Feel | Optimization
  After adapting the data in the last release we have now cleaned up the edit view of object data. Including a very special color for the Morty chat window.We hope you will enjoy that optimization.

• OBJECTS | Export | New Functionality
  We are providing the new functionality, which allows the export of any timpeo object as MS Excel or MS Word document - simply to make sure, to avoid any locked-in feeling ;)

• OBJECTS | Comments | New Functionality
  Currently we are about to exten both: the save-functionality and the assign flow offer the possibility to add an optional text comment. This way you are provided with a more sophisticated version history comment and you can add a concrete task to the assignee when assigning an object.

• OBJECTS | Version history | New Functionality
  As you will be able too providing specific text comments, when saving a certain version - we do provide a specific access to the version history of an object, showing a timeline with all save commenands and comments. This could be the place to access older versions - ion case this functionality is requested by you - the timpeo users.

• **DASHBOARD | Items & Tasks ** | New Functionality
  Receiving your signals, that you miss aan area with all your current items and tasks, we have now implemented a first version of our dashboard - providing these informations. You will now find a first list of items, you "own" and which have the newest last-changed date and you will find a list of items, you are "assigned" to. And please stay tuned for further extensions coming soon.

  We are still preparing to provide a detailed concept paper covering evaluations and assessments on sourcing strategy aspects.

• OUTPUTS | Complete HiringConcept In One Go | New
  We are still preparing a new output, which is auto-performing all relevant single substeps to create one hiring concept in one go. So you can choose between going for a detailed step-by-step process where you can intervene and work as a team hand-in-hand with Morty - or you decide now to let MORTY do the complete job.

• MEMBERSHIP | Invite | New Functionality
  Increase your timpeo team size! We provide an email-based invite functionality to add new external or timpeo users as a member to your workspace - for a seamless team collaboration.

• FRAMEWORK | Working language | New Functionality
  We are about to provide the multilanguage version of timpeo - offering you a German or English interface and the ability to set the relevant language for a certain position.

• FRAMEWORK | Navigation | Optimization
  We have slightly changed our header and core navigation as we have put the so-called breadcrumb more into focus. This shall help accessing the contents and clarify its structure and relations: (Workspace > Positions > Hiring Mandates > Phases > ResultSets/Contents)

• WORKSPACE | Data | Optimization
  The initial data area provided has been consolidated and restructured based on your closed beta feedback - this also includes a policy section extending the possibility to easily predefine certain areas of the positions and mandates - not static but dynamic!

  The initial blocks provided have been consolidated and restructured based on your closed beta feedback. This also includes optimized Morty support - i.e. taking your general workspace policies into account.

  The default view on a position or hiring mandate will focus on confirmed and rejected tags while we "hide" additional suggested and unevaluated tags in the area's edit mode.

  Increase your timpeo team size! We provide an email-based invite functionality to add new external or timpeo users as a member to your workspace - for a seamless team collaboration.

• WORKSPACE | Clone | New Functionality
  Let's make life much easier! You have a nicely set-up workspace with all the relevant details and you now want to use a slightly adapted version, i.e. for a certain department or for a certain different user group? You can do that now with our clone workspace functionality which is found on your My Workspace list. For an effortless modelling of your desired timpeo content structure.

• POSITION | Working language | Preparation - New Functionality
  Aber hallo! We are heading towards multi-language support - you can now specify the desired working language for a certain position (POSITION > META INFORMATION). This will be used SOON by Morty when providing all the different suggested information for the position, its search mandates and all its other output. (Please note that this is still different from the timpeo interface language - but we are working to adapt that too.)

• POSITIONS AND SEARCH MANDATE | Naming | Optimization
  We have heard you! And we have adapted the structure and naming of the timpeo objects: Underneath a position you will now find "HIRING MANDATES" - to indicate that this is your spot to see all or initiate a new recruiting task (search mandates) for that position.

• HIRING / SEARCH MANDATE AND OUTPUTS | Structure and Naming | Optimization
  And within a certain Hiring Mandate (former Search mandate) you'll now find a more structured access to all the different outputs we are now and will provide in the future; thereby we do use and order "our" process-step (Conception, Sourcing, Pre-Selection, Assessment, Negotiation).

  Cleaning up - we have shown old and deprecated output types in the list, when creating the first output for a search mandate. We have now cleaned up and removed them.

  We have removed the Recreate Button in the edit view of an output area for all deprecated (= old and replaced) output types. Please use one of the new and active output types instead.

  We have been working on a next iteration of the cross check, making it even more precise and helpful.

  We extend the workspace settings to allow you to define a default working language - which is used whenever you create a new position within this workspace (Of course you'll be able to change the default setting on position level).

  We are working on a better version, which is checking the search mandates for any effects on position's aspects more carefully.

• AREAS | Status Handling | Optimization
  An area is done and thus set to status approved? Then you will see the edit icon disappear - if you change your mind and need/want to change it nevertheless - simply change the status back to in work - same goes for archive or active.

And hey - you won't see any edit button at all for any area if its position or search mandate is approved, active or archived.

• ALL OBJECTS | Status Inheriting | Optimization
  You are done with the editing of a position or search mandate? Simply set the status to approved (and all of its areas will be approved as well) - same goes for status archive.

• POSITIONS | Create Limitation | Optimization
  Until now we have limited the creation of a new position to the workspace owner - we have extended that right to all workspace members.

• POSITIONS | Clone an Existing Position | New Functionality
  You are content with one position you have already elaborated with Morty and want to use it for similar ones? No problem - simply clone a position from your workspace's list of positions.

• MANDATES | Clone an Existing Mandate | New Functionality
  You have a new but very similar search mandate for a certain position - done here - no problem to clone an existing search mandate to be even faster.

• SEARCH MANDATE | More Tweaking of Morty's Suggestion | Optimization
  We will optimize the instructions and know how of Morty to prepare and optimize the search mandate's attributes even more. :)

• OUTPUTS | Build Up Connection | New Functionality
  We are about to connect and stick together different outputs to establish a flow between the previously independent information bits. :) - But please be aware: To further use the information of a specific output, its status must be "Active"!

  We do optimize the structure and naming of our first and upcoming outputs to follow closer to our idea of an optimal hiring process. :)

  You want to delete a workspace for reorganisation purposes? No problem - but be aware that all of its content - including all memberships, positions, search mandates and outputs will be gone forever as well! In addition please be aware of the following limits: You must be an owner of that particular workspace and the workspace must not be the initial personal one, which was created by the system for you when signing in.

  We have structurally extended the outputs in a way, which allows a more sophisticated and sequential processing of its subareas - comparable to what you already know from positions.

  To need insights on the product's usage, to make sure we do always offer the best performance and to work on optimization where necessary. To do so we are tracking interactions within Timpeo especially using event, content IDs, timestamps.

  When creating a new search mandate we used to prefill the internal name with the current month and the title of the position - we have removed the position's title to avoid redundancy. But you know: you can always change or adapt that default using your own fitting naming conventions - how about for example Oct 24 | Growth - Team Berlin.

• MORTY'S WORKING STATE | Naming | Minor Change
  Within Timpeo we do show the current status of a certain AI operations - we have changed the name consistently from LLM towards Morty, to give him all the credits he deserves.

• POSITIONS & OTHERS | New Look | Optimization
  We have adapted the presentation of our Timpeo core object representation (positions, search mandates or outputs) to make them slicker, cleaner and more usable. We hope you like them as much as we do. And by the way there are new icons for a faster identification of the object's type.
